Shipping policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 


Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. We deliver to PO Boxes. We cannot accept orders from international customers. Please contact us directly at info@cjsupply.com.au for further assistance. 


Delivery Time

Standard Flat Rate (2-5 Business Days)

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within next business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments if more than one item has been purchased.


Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website. Please note that once an order has been lodged and dispatched, CJ Supply is no longer liable for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all contact and delivery information is correct.

Should your parcel go missing, it is your responsibility to lodge a claim but we will also assist where possible.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. At CJ Supply, we only use reputable track able services to deliver our goods.

Please note that we are not liable for the packages once it has left our warehouse. If you would like to purchase insurance for your items, please email us directly at info@cjsupply.com.au after checking out. Please clearly state your order number and the amount you would like covered. We will advise you of the additional charges prior to proceeding.  


Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging or product on delivery, contact us immediately and we will assist you in every way possible. All products are checked and tested prior to being boxed and sent. We are in no way liable responsible for any damages during transit but will assist you in every possible to lodge a claim with the carrier.

HAVEN'T GOT YOUR PACKAGE YET?

All items will be packaged between 1-2 business days from the date we receive the payment for the order. Delivery times will vary from 2-6 days Regular Post. On an item that we can not send via air, we will automatically change your postage method to Registered Post (Flammable Goods, Road Only). See below for a list of items that are flammable and can not be sent via Express Post.

If you have received a 'shipped' email with your tracking number please copy and paste it into https://auspost.com.au/track/ or https://try.sendle.com/tracking

If you have an urgent order, are concerned about delivery times, or haven't received an order that you think you should have please don't delay and contact us at info@cjsupply.com.au


HANDLING TIMES

All items will be packaged between 1-2 business days from the date we receive the payment for the order. This may vary depending on public holidays, staff training days, or delays with Australia Post. 


POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

REGISTERED POSTAGE

It works out very economical to post items within Australia using Registered Parcel Post satchels and boxes. If you select Registered as a shipping option items are sent via Registered Post and include standard insurance up to the value of $100.

REGULAR STANDARD POSTAGE 

If you decide to select Regular Standard Postage as a shipping option then your items will be sent using a Regular Parcel Post satchel or box with no added insurance. Please not that we are not liable for items which are lost or damaged in transit and we strongly encourage you to register your goods. On items that are packed in a pre-paid satchel you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.

EXPRESS POSTAGE 

We may Express Post your items but we can NOT Express the following flammable items:

  • Nail Polish
  • Nail Liquid (Monomer)
  • Primer
  • Dehydrator
  • Acetone
  • Cleanser
  • Nail Polish Remover
  • Nail Gel
  • Nail Cleansers
