Helpful Tips:  Tweezers can be very helpful for control and placement. 
Old top coats that tend to be extra thick, will ruin the delicate details.

Application:
Cut around the picture and soak in water for 10-15 seconds. Use tweezers to slide off the print from backing , then place on nail and seal with top coat, gel or acrylic.
